Questions and answers
Who is TechFreeze?
TechFreeze is a YouTube media brand with more than 3.2 million subscribers. We publish edited videos about engineering, restoration, construction, transformation and invention. Our official channel is youtube.com/@TechFreezeOfficial.
Will you use my footage without asking?
No. No content is used without your permission and a written agreement.
Do I keep ownership of my original content?
Yes. The creator retains ownership of the original content. The agreement defines the usage rights TechFreeze receives for a specific project.
Is every submitted project accepted?
No. Each project is reviewed individually and approval is not automatic. We may decline a project for any reason, including fit, footage quality or unclear ownership.
What does TechFreeze do with approved footage?
TechFreeze produces a newly edited video using the licensed footage, handling editing, scripting, narration, packaging and publishing.
How will I be credited?
Attribution links may be included in the description, pinned comment, title or end screen, according to the agreement for your project.
What are the financial terms?
Collaboration terms are confirmed separately for each approved project and are set out in the written agreement. This website does not promise any specific payment or revenue-sharing percentage.
What footage do I need?
Projects with full start-to-finish footage and original raw footage are the strongest fit. You must be able to confirm that you own the copyright to the footage you submit.
How do I know a message from TechFreeze is genuine?
Official collaboration messages come from collaborations@freezelists.com and link to this website and the official TechFreeze YouTube channel. If you are unsure, contact us at that address.
How long does a review take?
We review submissions individually and cannot guarantee a response time. We will contact you using your preferred contact method if your project is taken forward.
