How it works
From your footage to a TechFreeze video
A clear, permission-based process. You always know where a project stands, and nothing is used before an agreement is in place.
The collaboration process
01
Share your project
Send us a link to your finished project and tell us what footage exists. Every submission is reviewed individually.02
We review it
We assess whether the project fits TechFreeze, and whether the footage and your ownership of it are clear. Not every submission will be taken forward.03
Terms are discussed
If it is a fit, we discuss terms with you directly. Terms are confirmed separately for each approved project.04
A written agreement
Usage rights, attribution and any revenue-sharing arrangement are set out in a written agreement before any footage is used.05
We produce the video
TechFreeze handles editing, scripting, narration, packaging and publishing on the TechFreeze channel.06
Published with attribution
The finished video credits you according to the agreement, for example in the description, pinned comment, title or end screen.
Footage licensing
Licensing and revenue sharing
Footage is licensed, not purchased or transferred. You keep ownership of your original content; the written agreement describes what TechFreeze may do with the footage, for how long and with what credit.
Some collaborations may include a revenue-sharing arrangement. Whether one applies, and on what terms, is decided separately for each approved project and written into the agreement. This website does not state any standard percentage or payment amount.
Agreement documents are prepared by TechFreeze for each project. You are welcome to review them with your own adviser before signing.
